Pat Tillman was a ex NFL football player who left that life for a military career were he was eventually killed by friendly fire. He turned down a offer from the Cardinals worth over 3 million dollars to enlist for the U.S Army. He is considered a true American Warhero for his actions. His awards include a Silver heart, Purple heart, a Army Achievment medal and many more. It was originally reported he was killed by enemies in combat but later it was confirmed it was friendly fire. His legacy lives on today in not just the NFL but the U.S military branches as well.
