World War II Memorial, Wakefield MA

In my hometown of Wakefield, Massachusetts; they rebuilt the World War II memorial a couple summers ago. I remember the old one was slowly deteriorating and was in need of replacement. The old veterans would get together and paint it every other summer, so it was definitely time to build a new one! It looks great and they also added a walkway that current veterans are honored in, by putting a brick with your name on it. I have one and its a great honor to have something permanently remembering my service. : )
