JFK's Grave

This was a picture I took back a few years ago when I was at the Arlington Cemetery.  This is John F. Kenedy's grave.  The fire that you see lit is the Eternal Flame which was thought out by his widowed First Lady, Jacqueline Kennedy.  She was inspired by the Eternal Flame at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Paris, which they both visited in 1961.

  1. The grave of John F. Kennedy is designed really well. The Eternal flame never stops and it just stays on forever. A couple blocks down from Kennedy's graves are his brothers Robert, who was his Attorney General and Edward ("Ted"), who was the Senator of Massachusetts from 1962 to 2009.
